The USA launches the first Liquid-Fueled Rocket (Then Re-Designed and Used in WWII as the first Nuclear Warheads and later the early ICBMs of the 50s )
Following WWII, ARC Industries (Aviation, Reckoners & Construction) is started as they release their first "Reckoner Nexus" named *REC-ARC* (A massive warehouse sized computational device used for Artillery Trajectory Equation & Research for the US Government)
The USA in Collaboration with ARC Industries secretly lauches an experimental Atmospheric Satellite named *Observer 1* to test orbital insertion (Once public knowledge this began a "Space War", The USSR, Japan & the USA all begin devleoping Atmospheric Flight & Combat Technologies)
The Northern and Southern Vietnam Conflict grows, The US Military begins secretly working with the Japanese & Northen Vietnamese Governments to overthrow Ngô Đình Diệm and take over South Vietnam (Japans involvment being secluded to intel due to recovery from WWII)
1958:The USA Launches the first Weather-Imaging Satellite "Observer-Eye1" (A new model of Observer-1 with Imaging capabilities) 1959:The Viet Nam War "ends" as the operation "Cách mạng 1-11-1959" succeeds, The US and the North Vietnamese Governments assassinate Ngô Đình Diệm. (North vietnam takes over as "Viet Nam" takes name)
The USA, Japan & Viet Nam forcefully strengthen relations and form the "Integrated Nations/I.N", A Singular Government Entity looking at each Country/Landmass as one falling within a massive "Nexus Country" (Each renamed "Integrated America, Integrated Japan, Integrated Viet Nam etc..) *While facing major public scrutiny, the I.N/INRAP noteably.... has not changed this* )
UK Countries are *integrated* into the I.N (The Republic Of Ireland has remained Soverign). USSR & The I.N(America) Both achieve space travel, Now racing for the moon.
1963: USSR Lands the first rover on the Moon 1964: I.N(America) Lands the first man on the moon (Ushered ahead by the Advanced technology developed by ARC Industries), Ending the "Basics" of the space race
Technology steadily increases, Countries under the I.N continue to progress rapidly (As does the USSR and the Rest of the world) The world also advanced into the early ideas of Walled-Cities & Modern Skylines
ARC-Industries in collaboration with the I.N start release the first Multi Functonal Modular Nexus (An at home computational device that can send and receive messages through translated lines of code) 1973: Web Services were introduced through "ARC-OS Reckoner" Public browser & the "ARC-OS: PrivateHostedMFMN" Private message forums
Vene Township gets gets status as a "Walled-City" & is renamed to Vene City.
The USSR falls to The I.N. While "Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania ,Georgia, Armenia ,Azerbaijan ,Kazakhstan" All integrated. "Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan & Moldova" stayed as their own operating countries.
"The Boom Era" Over the span of only a decade, the entire world advanced to massive scrawling cities. The I.N began research and early development on "Floating Cities" (Cities that operate with minimum Mileage required to fly a city, these cities can theoretically use its propulsion systems to fight against atmospheric winds and operate like planes, touching down on massive charging systems in the ocean) and began considering the approval of "Vanishing Corporations" (Corporations that can legally put up "Intercpetion Fields" that make their buildings inherently hidden to all who pass it, would be used to hide sensitive activity in Augmentation Labs) Cybernetic-Augmentation Research begins across the globe, with ARC-Industries being the lead in the west and Kaeru-Labs being the lead in East Asia. (this lead to a decade of over-accelerated advancements and a globe-wide Illegal-Cybernetic Trade, which continues to this day)
1981: Arc-Industries becomes the first western company to begin production on cybernetic enhancements, focused on pure enhancement & aesthetic (At the same time Kaeru-Labs in (I.N)Japan had already began releasing medical grade cybernetic enhancements, focusing more on rehabilitating Veterans & Amputees) 1982: "The Floating Diamond" above Vene City, Kansas began development in a newly built "Fabrication Chamber" (A nominally infinite chamber for begining phases of megaprojects, patented by ARC Industries) 1983: Arc-Industries ushers out their first public cybernetic enhancement line titled *ProjectOverArc* a line of implants made to enhance strength, vision, connections to servers & plenty more (See-> "ProjectOverArc, A Guide To Your New Body" *NOT ARCHIVED CURRENTLY*) 1984: A gang from Old-Colorado who call themselves "The Fur" crossed into Vene City to raid an ARC-Industries Augmentation Lab, Succesfully overthrowing the I.N Gaurds at the gate and stealing an estimated $11,000,000 Discs worth of cybernetic implants before then recreating cheaper versions and selling them in the markets in old colorado (This event singlehandedly started the Illegal Augmentation Markets (*IAMs*) across the globe) 1985:By this point, industrial progress reached an "Urban Area of 26%" with a population of 6.8 billion people and average city counts of *600,000-3.5Mil* making the most basic of cities littered with megstructures (Leading Cities From The Time->*NOT ARCHIVED CURRENTLY*)
The arrival of The Gift.. January 1st, 1990 at 2:15 am. A 254 ft. long entity made purely of muscle and nerves arrived in a field outside vene city. (I.N)America manages to cover this up, due to Vene City having a "Walled" status no citizen witnessed the great arrival. (I.N)America began immediate questioning and negotiations with this entity, I.N.As president Andrew Calloh became the first to secretly receive a "gift" *A Supernatural power gifted by an entity now known as "The Gift*" (Which is still currently unknown) The Entity made a proposal for I.N.A, To begin preperations for a yearly tournament that will take place for the first 4 months of every year. Every participant would receive a Gift of their asking and participate in this tournament for The Entities entertainment, anyone who lives keeps their gift... I.N.A agreed and began preperations, the entity gave them until January 1st 2000.
